Despite the growing multicultural population on the West Coast of Newfoundland & Labrador (NL), culturally relevant food and ingredients remain scarce. The African-Caribbean community faces high shipping and product costs from distant suppliers, long delivery times, and a lack of authentic products and services. AfroTide aims to bring authentic, affordable, and convenient African & Caribbean groceries, as well as a taste of home, to our valued clients in Corner Brook and surrounding areas. We offer a variety of products across categories including fresh produce, spices & seasonings, grains and flours, meat and fish, snacks and drinks, and natural and herbal products. We also plan to offer read-to-eat meals from a restaurant soon. Additionally, we provide seasonal or holiday food bundles for occasions such as Easter, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Eid, and others.
